AI in marketing: what your agency isn't telling you (and how we use it honestly)

Artificial intelligence changed digital marketing forever, and very fast. Today anyone can generate text, images and even video in seconds. This opened enormous possibilities, but it also filled the internet with generic, soulless, mass-produced content. The question is no longer "is AI used?", but "is it used well?". And that's where many agencies aren't being entirely honest with you.

AI is already in your marketing (whether you know it or not)

It's very likely the agencies you work with already use AI to generate drafts, ideas or images. There's nothing wrong with that in itself. What's problematic is when they do it without telling you, charge you as if it were 100% handcrafted work, and worse, when they publish what the AI generated without a human reviewing or improving it. That's where your brand starts to sound like everyone else.

What AI does well

Used as a tool, AI is powerful. It's excellent for speeding up initial drafts, generating variations of an idea, analyzing large amounts of data and spotting patterns, automating repetitive tasks like reports. In the hands of someone who knows, AI doesn't replace the work: it makes it faster, freeing up more time for what truly requires human judgment.

Where AI fails badly

But AI has serious limits. It invents facts with total confidence (it says false things as if they were true). It doesn't know your business, your tone, or your real customer. It produces text that sounds correct but empty, with tics and repetitive structures that an attentive reader recognizes as "a machine made this". And it doesn't understand local context: it doesn't know how people talk in your area, what references connect, what sounds natural. Content 100% generated by AI, published without a filter, is a risk to your credibility.

The smell test

If you read a brand's content and feel it "could be anyone's", it's probably AI without human editing. Personality, local references and judgment are exactly what the machine can't fake. That's what sets you apart, and what no AI replaces on its own.

Why the human isn't optional

The right way to use AI in marketing is as an assistant, never as the final author. A human defines the strategy, AI speeds up execution, and a human reviews, corrects, adjusts the tone and applies the judgment the machine lacks. The result combines AI's speed with human judgment. Without that oversight, you're publishing what a program thought you should say, and that shows.

Transparency about how we use it

Our position is simple and we say it openly: we use AI tools to speed up parts of the work, and a human reviews and refines everything that comes out. We don't hide that we use AI, nor charge you as if every word were hand-carved, nor publish anything without human judgment in the loop. We believe transparency about this is part of treating you well. AI is an excellent tool when whoever handles it knows what they're doing and takes responsibility for the result.

Want an agency that's honest about how it works?

We use AI to be faster and humans to make it right, and we tell you straight. Tell us what you need and we'll assess your case with real judgment, not a mass-generated template. The prior assessment is a paid, transparent service.

About timelines: when we mention timeframes like 24 hours for a reply or proposal, that's our target under normal conditions. For complex cases or high demand, it may extend to 48 hours or more. We'd rather tell you upfront than promise something we can't always deliver to the minute.
